AS9120B Quality Management
AMS operates an AS9120B-aligned QMS — the aerospace distribution standard built on ISO 9001 with AS6081 counterfeit-parts control. Unique RFQ ID on every transaction, receiving inspection, quarantine procedures, and 10-year record retention.
FAA 8130-3 / EASA Form 1
Airworthiness release documentation is supplied where applicable to the part and condition, alongside Certificates of Conformance and full lot traceability to the manufacturer or approved distributor.
Export Controls (ITAR / EAR)
Defense-related items are handled under U.S. export control law. Export-controlled material is screened for ECCN/USML classification, and shipments require the proper license or authorization before they move.
Anti-Counterfeit (AS6081)
Vetted sourcing, traceability, and quarantine of suspect material prevent counterfeit or unapproved parts from entering the supply chain.
Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of this website and any quotation, sale, or service provided by Air Mission Support LLC (“AMS”). By using this site or requesting a quote, you accept these Terms.
Quotations. All quotes are estimates based on availability at the time of issue, are non-binding until confirmed in writing, and are subject to prior sale, price changes, and lead-time confirmation.
Compliance. Sales of defense-related and export-controlled items are conditioned on compliance with applicable U.S. export-control laws (ITAR/EAR). The buyer is responsible for providing accurate end-use and end-user information.
Warranty & liability. Parts are supplied with the certification stated on the quote. To the extent permitted by law, AMS’s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
Privacy Policy
AMS collects only the information you provide (such as contact details and part requirements) to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and fulfill orders.
Use. We use your information solely to provide our services. We do not sell your data, and we do not disclose your requirements or our supplier relationships outside the transaction.
Security. Data is handled confidentially and protected with appropriate technical and organizational measures.
