How do I request a quote?+
Submit an RFQ through our Request a Quote form with the part number (NSN or P/N), quantity, condition, and urgency. You can also email [email protected] directly. We respond within 24 hours.
What is your typical lead time?+
Lead time depends on the part, condition, and availability. Stocked and commercially available items move fastest; AOG-critical requirements are prioritized and expedited. We confirm an ETA with every quote.
Do you handle AOG (Aircraft on Ground) requirements?+
Yes. AOG requests are treated as time-critical — we source aggressively, keep a backup plan, and coordinate expedited logistics to keep your fleet operational.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. We serve operators worldwide and manage export documentation. Defense-related items are handled under applicable U.S. export controls (ITAR/EAR); export-controlled shipments require the proper authorizations before they move.
Can I get a Certificate of Conformance (C of C) or 8130-3?+
Yes. We supply the quality documentation required for the part and condition — Certificate of Conformance, FAA 8130-3 / EASA Form 1 where applicable, and full lot traceability, consistent with our AS9120B-aligned process.
What conditions do you supply?+
New (NE), New Surplus, Overhauled (OH), and Serviceable, depending on the requirement and available certification. Condition and trace are stated on every quote.
What is AS9120B?+
AS9120B is the international quality management standard for aerospace distributors and stockists — built on ISO 9001 with AS6081 counterfeit-parts control. AMS operates an AS9120B-aligned QMS from ingress to egress.
How do you prevent counterfeit parts?+
Through AS6081-based controls: vetted sources, receiving inspection, traceability to the manufacturer or approved distributor, and quarantine of any suspect material before it enters stock.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We work with standard commercial terms for qualified accounts. Specific payment terms are confirmed during the quote and onboarding process.
How do you protect my information?+
Customer and transaction data is handled confidentially. We never disclose our customers' requirements or our supplier relationships outside the transaction.
